Welcome to MP09. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our alliance community platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, accessing, or using MP09, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Alliance Rules.

• You accept full responsibility for all activities under your account

5.1 Points System

Our platform uses a points system to reward member contributions. You acknowledge that:

• Points have no real-world monetary value
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash
• We may modify point values and earning rates at any time
• Points may expire or be forfeited under certain conditions
• We reserve the right to adjust or remove points for violations

5.2 Rewards and Redemptions

Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Redemption of rewards is subject to:

• Meeting minimum point requirements
• Compliance with redemption policies
• Availability of rewards
• Account standing and good behavior

5.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to earn points
• Trade, sell, or transfer points

If you make purchases through our platform, you agree to:

• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred

• Authorize us to charge your payment method

6.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Refunds are at our sole discretion
• Abusing refund requests may result in account suspension

7.1 Service "As Is"

• Damages from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

7.3 Third-Party Services

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MP09, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Your conduct on the platform

9.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes can be resolved this way.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MP09 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.3 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
